A fellow Edible artist, ASugarAffair, and I have created a team on Esty called Etsy's Edible Arts Team! (EEAT) We are very excited, and already have about 20 members. It's a great team, and a fun place to meet and chat.
Here is our team blog: http://etsyedibleartsteam.blogspot.com/
Our team is having a great sale Friday night. The "Friday Food Fest" will kick off at 5pm EST, with great discounts and offers in many of the stores.
We are very excited to be having a Virtual Bake Sale on August 11, 2008 in Etsy labs. Each team member will be able to show off some of their home-baked goodies, take questions, and sell items! To join us, register as a user of Etsy (free and easy www.Etsy.com) if you are not already. Then, go to Community, Virtual Labs, and then click on the room that we are in!
This is a great time to get holiday treat ideas!
I'll see you there!

We've moved!
Good Morning! I thought I better add another installment- it's been awhile!
We have finished our move! Yeah! We are now in the Sugarhouse area of SLC, and are really enjoying it. We are in a duplex, on a nice quiet street. There are a few kids on the block that are the same ages as mine.
Our ward is really great. It is very, very small. The primary has about 15 kids that show up, and so they were very excited to have our 3 come in! Tanner is really liking his class, and McKenzie is loving nursery. Then there is Michael. *sigh* He has never been a fan of nursery/primary. I had to stay with him the entire time the first week, which was fine. The second week, Mark walked by 1/2way through and heard him crying, so went in with him. Hopefully someday he'll be happy! We don't have calling yet, but expect them soon, and this ward needs help!
Our jobs are going well. DDSweets is doing well too. I have added 11 new creations to my etsy shop. In doing this, I have discovered my two absolutely favorite Caramel Apple flavors: "Nutella wanna-be Hazelnut Caramel Apple" and my "Peanut Butter Caramel Apple" in which I use the PB topping from my PB popcorn. It is divine. It tastes a lot like a Snickers bar, only with more PB taste. YUM!
Tanner starts Kindergarten soon, and we're hoping to get Michael into a Preschool. Life continues to be crazy with 3 kids and multiple jobs!
We would love to hear from family and friends! Our phone numbers and emails are the same; if you would like our new address, let me know!
Have a great day!
