Life

I feeling introspective today. Life, family, work, religion...keeps one's mind busy. My little online shop has grown into a online world. I've become quite the internet social expert. Mark laughs at how much I do and know that I didn't do and know in January!
I've created and run my own Etsy team- that includes a Ning site (social), a blog, and networking.
I'm on Facebook, and Photobucket.
I'm on numerous social sites like BuriedTreasury and IndiePublic.

I just opened a shop on a new selling site: Handmade FuZion
and soon will be selling on Lollishops

In the midst of all of this, I have to wonder if it is worth it. I have to balance my priorities and realize what is important. I've constricted my "social" and "work" time to when I'm at my real job in the mornings (don't tell my boss!) and after the kids are in bed. I make my orders when the kids go to bed, and get trips to the Post Office done as quickly and as painless as possible.

I've learned that my house CAN be a mess. My kids need me, and memories are formed when we play, read, or are just plain silly with each other. They are not going to remember the sink full of dishes. They will remember that fun day at the park though.

Mark and I don't see much of each other right now. But, we've learned to make those times meaningful through talking and sharing. It's important to keep in touch.

So, enough writing and off to LIFE! Now where was that primary manual...???

I am so glad I found you on Lollishops 'cause it brought me her to your delicious blog. Your sweets look delicious and I can't wait to get to know you better.

I loved your blog post and you are so right. Your children will remember all the fun time you have created with them, not the dishes in the sink (that only bothers grown-ups)!

Good luck.

Cathy

It is so good to hear how you guys are doing. How is Tanner liking school? We need to get together...probably on one of those park outings so it counts for kid time!

Can you only order your sweets online? I live in Salt Lake and was wondering if you have a store front or booth that you sell your items at locally?
