In the Groove

You know those days when everything seems to go wrong, and you are just exhausted at the end of the day? This happened to me last Monday. I was behind on my orders because my car broke down over the weekend, and we spent ALL DAY Monday in various cars doing errands, picking up the fixed car, etc. I didn’t get home with the kids until 5:30! I was exhausted!!
I fed my kids, and then crashed on the couch for about an hour. When I got up, an amazing, and perhaps miraculous, thing happened! I was IN THE GROOVE!
I went in the kitchen to start my orders, and it was amazing! By midnight, I had finished 7 orders and was completely caught up! Things just “worked”! My kids went to bed without argument,I turned on my favorite tunes, and started baking! My timing on everything was perfect, apples looked great…for how tired I was, it was a miracle!
I was up late labeling and starting to package, but I WAS DONE! 2 days of work in 5 hours! Yeah!

Question…can this please happen every night?

Chocolate Bark for the Soul!

Introducing our new line of Chocolate Barks! With so many to choose from, you'll have a hard time deciding!

What is Chocolate Bark? Well, I like to compare it to a candy bar. It is basically a layer of chocolate,(or 2 or 3) with mix-ins and toppings added. There are a multitude of flavor combinations!

I made some traditional barks, such as Peppermint and Eggnog, and then whipped up some new concoctions! Above is my Nutty Chocolate Bark that comes in any variety of nuts and chocolate you can think of! Or, try my favorite, Creamy Peanut Butter Bark below!

I also offer fruity barks in flavors like Pina Colada, Caramel Apple, and Dark Chocolate and Cherry!

More of a sweets person? (well obviously if you are reading this!) Try our Toffee Bark, or Crunchy Mint Bark!

I have over 20 Bark flavors listed in my Etsy Shop! Just can't decide? Pick up a Bark Sampler pack! The pack weighs 2-3 pounds, and offers you 4 different flavor choices!

Grab your bark today for the holidays! I am offering a 10% discount on pre-orders, up to 2 weeks before Christmas! Check out my Black Friday sale from Nov. 28th, to December 1st, for more great deals!

Have a "sweet" day!
